What to expect

Timeline and Process

When you commission a piece, you’ll be part of a creative journey where we transform your memories into beautiful, hand-stitched artwork. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Week 0: Once my books open, you can submit an application with your budget, photo, and what details to highlight. I will follow up personally on every application!

  • Week 1: I’ll send over a proposal with a sketch within your budget and a thorough overview of the process.

  • Week 2: We will finalize the design and color palette together before I start embroidering.

  • Week 3 -8: I’ll be embroidering your piece!

  • Week 8 -9: Framing the piece and getting it ready for delivery.

  • Week 10: Delivery!

Key Dates

  • October 9th: Commission applications open!

  • October 12th: If there are spots available, this is the last day to place an order for a holiday gift.

Why Bespoke Embroidery?

In a world of mass-produced gifts, a bespoke piece of hand embroidery stands out. Each stitch is infused with thought and care, creating a meaningful keepsake that tells a personal story.

In my blog post Threaded Memories, you can learn more about how I transformed an engagement memory into a bespoke embroidery for my client.
