Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges on commissions. In the case an order gets damaged in-transit, please contact us so we can resolve this together.

Order Cancelations

You can cancel the order any time before to paying the 20% deposit after accepting the proposal. Once a deposit has been paid, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping

Bridging Canvas ships all orders through USPS with USPS Tracking. You will be given the option to insure the entire value of the package (for a small added fee). Before your order is shipped, we will contact you again to confirm your shipping address. We issue refunds on a case by case basis. If you have any questions or issues with the delivery of your order, you should contact USPS.

intellectual rights

All completed sketches and commissioned embroidered hoops are considered intellectual property of Bridging Canvas LLC. The use of all sketches and embroidered hoops done by Bridging Canvas for the purpose of profit is prohibited. Sketches are not to be redistributed, copied, or used as reference for other works without authorized permission. Bridging Canvas LLC also reserves the right to take photos of all completed work and use these images for promotional material both in print and digital platforms.
